Peter Sutherland is based in New York. His work employs some of the techniques of traditional documentary photography to capture the hidden beauty of ordinary objects and everyday situations. He’s released several publications and films, most recently “Buck Shots” (powerHouse books) and “Tierney Gearon: The Mother Project” (Zeitgeist Films). Peter Sutherland favorite film is “Gimme Shelter” by the Maysle Bros. He is currently collaborating on projects with his brother, Andrew, and working on a film about Richard Prince.
